How to Register for Your Tutorial
Next, send me a message with the tutorial inquiry form. Be sure to include an email address you check regularly. I will contact you there to discuss your interests.
Once we’ve agreed on a plan of instruction, I’ll send you a direct link to my page at Acuity, a secure online appointment scheduling service. There you can choose a time for your tutorial(s). Acuity automatically accounts for time zone differences, making scheduling easy for both of us! From the Acuity page, you’ll be directed to PayPal to make your payment. (You can pay by credit or debit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.) Once your session is paid for, we are ready to go!
Before our first session, please make sure your student has registered for a Google account and knows how to use Google Hangouts, Google Drive/Docs, and Gmail. Please share their contact information with me by email; I will send them an invitation to connect in Google Hangouts. I will also need a backup phone number in case of connectivity problems. (You’ll receive mine by email as well.)
